I've received so many incorrect orders, and I even had to dispute a transaction with my bank because I was charged for items I paid for but never got. Although the kids working there are very nice, there needs to be more attention paid to detail and what the customer is asking for. None of us are getting this food for free, so it would be great if our orders were actually correct. This location used to be great, but service-wise, it has gotten pretty bad. over the years. Hopefully that will change.

However, my recent experiences at this particular franchise have been disappointing. Over the past three visits, the food quality has noticeably declined. Most recently, I ordered a regular sandwich and a filet that were both burnt and had an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of being cooked in old oil. Unfortunately, it was so off-putting that I had to discard the food, and it even caused me to feel sick. This location was once my go-to spot, and I often brought colleagues and treated my employees here. At this point, I’d rather drive 30 minutes elsewhere for a more enjoyable meal. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to restore the quality this franchise is known for. I strongly recommend visiting another branch.

The two other lanes were busy but they work quickly. Order was on point. They give you napkins and straws with sauces. Tried the waffle chicken sandwich. Was hot and ready. Not the spicy one. Comes with maple syrup. Fries were hot and yummy. Had a diet coke. They have lots of chicken item and salads. They even serve breakfast. Not open on Sundays. Sign up for the app you get free items like a free chicken sandwich. Parking lot was very tight and busy.
