  My experience was great and the food was even better. Noralee was amazing!! She was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. She had such a positive attitude and made sure everything was right with my order while sharing a laugh. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had here.

  Absolutely horrible experience. The entire order was a mess from start to finish. They didn’t have the lamb for the bowl I ordered, but only told me after they had already added the base. Then, instead of following the ingredients listed on the menu, the employee started making the bowl however he wanted. They even added cabbage to the spicy lamb bowl, even though cabbage is not part of the bowl and we never asked for it. We were visibly confused when we saw what they were making, and the employees could clearly see our reactions, yet no one even bothered to stop and ask what was wrong or clarify the order. On top of that, the steak was cold. We also ordered pita chips, were told they would be “just a minute,” and waited the entire time we were there. I finished my meal and never received them. There were multiple employees working, yet there was absolutely no communication or coordination. It felt like everyone was doing something different and nobody actually cared about getting the customer’s order right. Completely disorganized, poor service, incorrect food, cold steak, and missing items. It was honestly a shit show.

  I’ve been meaning to post this review since Monday, because the experience was too good not to recognize. I stopped by the newly opened CAVA in Pines literally about five minutes before closing, and the customer service was PHENOMENAL! You would have thought they had just opened for the day. There was no rushing me, no attitude, and not once did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them by coming in so close to closing. Nashiyh and Rebecca were absolutely amazing. They basically tag-teamed my order—one picked up right where the other left off. It was almost like watching them pass the baton, and the level of customer service never dropped. Both of them were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. You just don’t get that kind of service everywhere anymore, especially five minutes before closing. What made the experience even more memorable was the crazy comparison happening right next door. My wife and I got out of the same truck at the same time—she went to Chipotle, and I went to CAVA. We got back in the truck afterward and started talking about our experiences, and let’s just say…we had two COMPLETELY different customer-service experiences. 😂 Days later, I’m still thinking about how well I was treated, which is exactly why I wanted to make sure I came back and wrote this review. Nashiyh and Rebecca, thank you both! CAVA management, please recognize these two young ladies because they represented your new location extremely well. That kind of service is how you turn someone trying a new location into a returning customer.

  First time trying cava ever! If it’s your first time look at the menu before hand it can be overwhelming because there’s so many options! The food and pita chips were amazing no notes needed. Kiara the cashier checking us out was an absolute delight so friendly and so sweet! Great customer service. Young Workers like her are rare these days. This place will definitely be on my weekly rotation.

  Went to pick up a mobile order today 09/14/2026 around 4-5 pm at this Pembroke Pines location. I notice 2 cups that was included with my order was missing. I proceeded to go to the front by the cashier I did not get her name but she was white with orangish hair. A guy before had a question for a pick up order and the girl tended to him promptly. She noticed that I too had a question with my pick up order , she keeps making eye contact with me then deliberately proceeds to disregard me but makes it known that she notices me standing there. While she pretends that I am invisible and tends to other people. I had to ask for a manager pertaining to my simple request of the missing cups to get her attention because she could care less to do her job and picks and chooses. She then proceeds to ask me after handing me the cups finally if I still needed a manager as if she was mocking my frustration instead of taking accountability for her inconsideration and apologizing for it. I came here twice so far the food is could but the people hired here can really ruin the experience and push you not to go there. I pay over $30 each order and to have a tasteless experience from such an employee that has poor customer service skills is despicable.
