  Went today 5/17/26 at 2pm. This is one of the worse locations to go that I’ve encountered. Place was pretty empty. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to notice people were standing up front waiting. Hostess had that deer in headlights look on her face. Another hostess/waitress had to tell her what to do. Yet she couldn’t figure out where to sit the family ahead of us. Instead of sitting them at an unoccupied clean booth she went to clean a dirty one to sit them at. So here we all were wondering what was with the confusion. My daughter and I opted to leave and goto Miller’s Ale House instead. We won’t be back even if you paid us.

  Horrible service. We were originally going to go to Millers Ale House next door but their parking lot was absolutely filled and we thought we’d have a ridiculous wait time so we decided to go next door to Buffalo Wild Wings.. We walked in and it was pretty empty. No more than 5 tables. And some people at the bar. We were like ok good this should be quick…..we were sooooo wrong!!!! We were standing there for 20 minutes with a baby waiting to be seated at the booth. She said “ok give me a second let me clean your table” mind you it was already clean. Long time goes by, we look for her, and she was wiping down other tables mind you there was no one. We went up to the waiter and asked him if we could be seated because no one seats us and he said no that he had too many guest on that side….mind you it was two tables with a few people. We ended up leaving and going to Ale House, we ended up waiting 5 minutes, and our food was GREAT. Will never step food in there again. Horrible customer service. They don’t care.

  Went there yesterday (Sunday afternoon), place was pretty empty. A short girl was the server, we sat at the bar. Service was slow, unkind, unwelcoming. Looks like they hire Highschool kids that seem miserable having to be there. Food was not great, beer was ok but no cold glass. Took forever to get our check, decided to pay cash so we didnt have to wait another hour for the card. Last time I spend money here

  Terrible experience with my recent takeout order from Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered 20 wings with four sauce options, but only got three—and some wings were completely plain with no sauce at all. No call, no warning. For a place that specializes in wings, that’s a pretty basic mistake. It didn’t stop there. I paid extra to add chili to my fries, and what I got was laughable. There was barely any chili on them. If you’re going to charge extra, at least provide a reasonable portion. Total waste of money. On top of that, the overall quality of the food was awful. The wings were overcooked, burned, hard, and chewy. Easily the worst wings I’ve ever had—and that says a lot considering I’ve had better wings from a gas station. For a restaurant that has “wings” in its name, that’s pretty embarrassing. This feels like a management and kitchen issue. The staff was okay, but the food quality and attention to detail were terrible. I spent a decent amount of money on this meal, and it ended up being a complete waste. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
