  Everything is spacious, but they overlooked the restrooms; they need to build more for so many people. Last time, I had to wait over 10 minutes—how is that possible? They should build more restrooms, like at Walmart, where there are plenty and you don't have to wait so long. They really need to add more restrooms.

  I like grocery stores where I can take my time looking around and find what I need without the trip feeling stressful. Broward Meat & Fish of Pembroke Pines was easy to browse, and I appreciated the variety available throughout the store. The shopping experience felt straightforward, and the service was helpful when I needed assistance. I also liked that everything felt organized enough to make finding things easier. It was a convenient stop for groceries, and I’d keep this store in mind for future shopping trips.

  It’s a shame that this store has the best meat and seafood but terrible customer service; these people act like they’re doing you a favor, and they just don't seem to grasp that they aren't in their communist country anymore, where they could treat customers like dirt. Today I went to buy meat, and a guy refused to let me into the store because I had my own reusable shopping bags—I just don't want to bring any more plastic bags home, since you end up with an unbelievable number of them every time you visit that place. I hope the management see this message, because they really create too much pollution with those plastic bags, and it’s disrespectful not to let people enter with their own reusable bags.

  😡Very disappointing experience. They put rice and meat in the same container and charged the entire weight at the meat price. When I asked why I was being charged the meat price for rice, the employees just shrugged and did not give me a proper explanation. They spoke among themselves in Spanish, but nobody clearly explained anything to me in English or tried to correct the charge. This felt dishonest and left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Check your receipt carefully before paying.👎

  Extremely frustrating experience at Broward Meats & Fish. We actually went out of our way to come here because we wanted to experience the store, shop around, and see what they had. Instead, we ended up walking right back out. We came in carrying a cooler bag and were immediately told that we could not bring it into the store and had to leave it with customer service. I had never seen anything on their website saying cooler bags were prohibited, so this was completely unexpected. What really irritated me was what happened when I asked a very basic question: how would they know the bag was mine when I came back to get it? There was no claim ticket, no tag, no receipt, no number — nothing. The response was basically a shrug. So I’m supposed to hand over my personal property and just hope nobody else takes it or claims it? Absolutely not. If this is truly store policy, then it needs to be CLEARLY communicated to customers beforehand, especially online, and there needs to be an actual secure system for checking people’s belongings. You cannot expect customers to blindly hand over their property with no accountability or method of identifying who it belongs to. We specifically went out of our way to visit this store, and instead of getting to experience it, we left irritated and disappointed before we even got the chance to shop. I chose to walk out rather than leave my belongings somewhere when the employees themselves couldn’t explain how they would keep track of them. Terrible first impression. A simple posted policy and a basic claim-ticket system would have prevented the entire situation.
