I used to enjoy coming here, but this visit was disappointing. The serving sizes were much smaller, and the quality of the food was below average. The risotto lack of freshness and overall the experience did not justify the cost.

We usually come to Brio for our family celebrations, this time our server was Leonardo and we really enjoyed having him as he did a great job. He was super helpful all along and specially at the time of cutting the cake. Everything we ordered was good as usual. Thank you Leonardo, see you soon.

I had other expectations for today. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and all restaurants get super crowded. However, they need to respect the time of your reservation. In addition to that, the Manager needs to be more friendly. I approached to the manager Jose to ask him a question. He didn’t even let me finish my question when he answered that he will not help me skip the time or move me faster than the other people. First of all, I never had that in mind. All I wanted to ask him was that if it was going to take too long, if I could get couple of chairs for my parents. Just that. My 83 year old father could not wait standing up. He has Parkinson’s disease. I found the manager very rude. I do not recommend this restaurant. Also, the food was not good at all.

There were six of us this morning that were very disappointed in our Mother's Day Brunch. First of all, when we sat down, we noticed that the tablecloth was stained in several places. It took 30 minutes to get water, 45 minutes to get coffee and drinks, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our entrees. The pasta sauce was very bland. My eggs benedict had no hollandaise sauce, and everything was cold when delivered. No apologies from our server who looked like she would have rather been any place else. Won't ever return.

We booked a reservation for brunch for Mother’s Day. We were some of the first guests sat. To begin, the waitress really did not want to be there. I tried to order chicken Parmesan for my son off of the kids menu and asked to sub the noodles for spaghetti which she told me I couldn’t do. I’ve been in the service industry for an while, and this wasn’t an impossible ask. Then, we put in our main entrees. It took over an hour for the food to come out. The manager was very open with us that there was a glitch in the system where the orders weren’t being delivered to the kitchen and our food would come out soon (after about 40+ minutes). When we finally got our food, it was iced cold, the chicken in the Pasta Brio was chewy and overcooked, candied bacon was iced cold, and they didn’t have anymore breakfast potatoes for 2 of our brunch dishes that were ordered so they gave them French fries (it was Mother’s Day brunch first batch of orders). It was a very disappointing and underwhelming experience from start to finish considering the pricing of this establishment. I think there was overall a lack of preparedness for the holiday and it was a disappointment to the mothers who wanted to enjoy a delicious good spirited brunch.
