July 1 went to Arby’s crappy food. My roast beef had green spots all in it cold. The fries are greasy, oily, and cold. The jalapeño poppers weren’t even cooked barely I would never eat there again. Their food got very bad management there sucks horrible food would never show back up there again. I wonder why it was slow in there. I asked for Arby sauce. They said they didn’t have it then when I refused to want to take the food and one of my money back, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because it was cash which that is bull crap I regret eating there at a throw away my food I would never eat there again. Food is lousy disgusting or green mold.

I’m not sure if they don’t speak English or what I asked for, but when I requested barbecue sauce, the person behind the counter began arguing with me. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at me, clearly confused. I had to ask another employee to get me barbecue sauce, and it was so easy with her. However, with the original person, he just kept arguing back and forth with me.

I ordered a Swiss chicken bacon sandwich. It was horrible. There was no chicken,it was just a burnt crust of something but it definitely wasn't chicken.

They don’t care about anything. Cost me $41 for me and my kids and they forget items, and put wrong items into the bag. Check your food before you go.

The little girl in the window needs to get a new job. She has no personality and doesn’t know how to say thank you and you’re welcome to customers… I haven’t told her that when a customer tell her thank you you need to say you’re welcome.. All she gave me was a blank stare and a little smile sarcastically… I told her thank you so much three times.. She obviously doesn’t understand that when you order mozzarella sticks, it should come with marinara sauce… 1+1 is two am I correct?.. how about we hire people that know what 1+1 in life means..
