    Had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Jordan and Wyatt are doing an awesome job. They were both friendly, professional, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. The service was fast, the smoothies were great, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Keep up the great work, Jordan and Wyatt! I’ll definitely be back!

    I wanted to try the new tropical smoothie cafe by my house and when I walked in, I was greeted by a worker and he took my order. I received my order and asked if this was my drink since it tasted different, nobody answered. A female and male that worked there were talking to eachother and cussing while I was awaiting my answer. It took the worker that took my order to call the females name 3 times before she stopped talking and cussing to pay attention to the customer(me).

    Taylor did an amazing job making my smoothie and taking my order with the upmost respect and the smoothie was phenomenal; place was nice and clean, definitely will be coming back to this location more often on the way from work even though it’s not close to home. 10/10 performance from the staff. very hardworking people!!

    I purchased several smoothies from this place, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The smoothies had very little fruit, way too much ice, and were excessively sweet. There was barely any real fruit flavor, which was definitely not what I expected when buying a fruit smoothie. What concerned me the most was being able to see the fruit they were selecting to prepare our drinks. The strawberries, in particular, were extremely dark—some looked almost purple rather than the normal red color of fresh strawberries—and they did not look fresh at all. Personally, I felt very uncomfortable seeing that this was the fruit being used in our drinks. After tasting the smoothies, I was even more disappointed. Between the excessive amount of ice, the sweetness, and the lack of fruit flavor, I did not feel that the quality was anywhere close to what I paid for. This was my personal experience, and because of it, I will not be returning. I’m sharing this review so other customers can take my experience into consideration and make their own decision.
