Been in a few times and out of those few times, I’ve had two witnessed 2 horrible racial work experiences for the young staff. The first time I chalked it up to the manager just not wanting any issues but then the second issued occurred today and it just got worse with no correction or apology from management. The first issue was when a white man was at the counter and called the young afro-American girl at the register the N-word. She look to be 16 or 17 years old and was horrified, and the manager just stood there and said nothing. I had some to the rude jerk outside. The second was today when another white male came in and called a male Hispanic staff member behind the counter, a immigrant worker, a group of young white males, as well as the manager that work there behind the counter, just laughed. The management response to this type of behavior speaks volumes. I understand wanting to make money, but at what expense will you subject your staff to this type of racist behavior. While we’re all aware of Parrish not being a community with large cultural diversity we should be one with a low tolerance for ignorance and stand united. Do better, be better.

In the beginning they were so good, but since it’s gone downhill. Our order is always messed up and the food isn’t good. They drench our food in mayonnaise when we ask for light mayo. Not worth it.

Service need some work we did not get our shakes until after way after our meal was done. My coffee shake had a sour taste but the chocolate was very good. The burgers and fries get a thumbs 👍.

We enjoyed a nice fresh burger and it was not overcooked. Often these stores will just dry the burger totally out by over cooking it. Fries of course are so so good! The line was express so we ate within 10 mins with fresh hot delicious 🍔burgers!

Worst experience ever in five guys . The service in this place is horrible with 2 tables and 2 people waiting I received my food 30 minutes later . Hamburger was ready in 10 min . It seems the lady who had the lead overthere definitely set the tone of looking around and at each other instead of caring about clients. Fries burned . I will never stop in this 5 g again. What a difference in service from one store to another. Maybe management should do some fieldwork to correct !
