  Had to give my order 3 times at the drive thru. Got to the window and 0 customer service no one said anything to me. They asked what sauces i wanted but then didn’t put them in the bag. Sliders were falling out of wrapper into bag. No straws in bag. Terrible experience, i wish i could say this was the first time this place has done it but most experiences here are the same. A 3.6 rating is very generous.

  Arby’s opened at 10 am, I went up to the drive through a little after 10:30am and wanted to try the new angus half pound cheesesteak. After I payed and got my drinks at the window I was told that they needed to get some fresh fries and that is what they were waiting for, they asked me to pull up and park and they will bring it out when it was ready. They looked surprised that someone came to order food even though they had been open for over a half hour. I got my food after a good while, mind you I was the only one at the restaurant drive through at the time. I opened my sandwich and it was a soggy mess, it seemed like it was sitting in the wrapper for a while because the wrapper was sticking to the steak and cheese and they became one, the meat was chewy and bread couldn’t hold it together. Worst steak and cheese experience, subway has a much better & cheaper one and that’s saying a lot. Absolutely terrible food experience, and will not be coming to Arby’s for any food item ever again especially considering how expensive it was to be greatly disappointed.

  Wanted a apple turnover. Was disgusting. What was pictured versus what I got....terrible!!!! Tasted burnt, not flaky at all
