  Dine‑in seating is available near the entrance, though it feels a bit impersonal. I ordered my meal to‑go which was the intent, and the tablet‑based ordering system was easy enough to use, though the online pricing didn’t quite match what I expected at the kiosk, which made me double‑check that I was selecting the right items. The staff was friendly, and the food itself was excellent—honestly one of the best burgers my wife and I have had anywhere. The portion size was generous, and everything was cooked well. We definitely plan to visit again.

  I can’t believe this place had to go to ask me to order off a kiosk. I drove all the way from Fort Lauderdale on my Harley to this establishment to eat what look like a delicious cheeseburger, but instead pointing me to the kiosk and told me to place my order there, I’m not ordering off no kiosk if you can’t take my order by listening to the words that come out of my mouth I’m not eating at your establish sorry

  We ordered from them two nights ago using Uber eats. After 2 hours of waiting and communicating with the driver, she called me so I could speak with the host at the restaurant. Apparently they "lost" our food and the best they could do was tell us it would be abother hour before we could get our order made. It seemed like they were not interested in making things right considering they were the ones who not only lost our food but informed the driver when she asked several times about it that it would only be another 15 minutes. This was some of the worst service we've encountered and the lack of care by the host was very disappointing considering we had been patient and this was their mess up.

  Ordered food through Uber eats and the order was completely wrong. So when the food was delivered I refused it due to it being completely wrong. Upon contacting the establishment I explained my situation unbeknownst to me it was the hostess that answered the phone. After telling her the case she said someone would have to call me back. Now mind you it’s 5pm and she tells me theres no manager available to speak with me. So what am I supposed to do? Finally she gets someone who claims to be a manager Cindy and I’m explaining to her my situation and obviously I’m frustrated having to explain myself 2 times already. She puts me on hold and comes back to states that she couldn’t find my order. She claims that the orders drop off after an hour. Well it was literally 10 minutes after the driver left the store as I called right after I refused the order. Well since I kept calling Cindy out proving she was wrong she in turn says you’re rude and I’m not going to put up with it any longer. Says to me well a manager will call back later. And here we are no call back. Buyer be aware this isn’t the first time this has happened here. But, I guarantee it will be my last. Never again. This seems to be the norm now with restaurants.

  ZERO STAR!! Horrible service and attendance. Ordered a burguer to my kids around 8:30 which estimated time to deliver was 9:39 pm. Doordash called me 9:40 informing it would take more 1 hour to deliver. Tried to cancel and they didnt cancel and delivered it 10:50. My kids were already sleeping. Called to restaurant and the hostess just said “i am sorry”, but didnt do anything to work this problem out. I got the burguers, put on the fridge and tomorrow will have to reheat. They definitively dont know how to treat well a client
