  Food not made well cheese tots literally are half sized. Gotba large with cheese amd i opmened it its half full. Stealing money apparently is the go too. Burger was made wrong etc

  A specific employee, we shall call him "D" is absolutely terrible as well as the management that was working the night of 7/23/2026. The only things that they are "supersonic" at doing are being unnecessarily disrespectful and judgmental to myself and I have no doubt to the other customers as well. If you cannot be strong and "comfortable" enough to deliver a Route 44 drink without causing stupid trouble about how a customer's hand accidentally bumped yours while having it handed to them then you have absolutely no business being a carhop. How about go work in a library or somewhere more "comfortable" for you bro? The good food, drinks, and times will indeed be missed, I have literally hosted Bible studies with church friends here, not anymore. Now, I will NEVER EVER recommend 23rd St Sonic to anyone, anytime, for anything. On the contrary, I will be warning EVERYONE to not even bother. In addition, corporate will also be contacted for them to know ALL about this location. SHAME ON 23RD ST SONIC!!!!! P.S. there are lots of Freestyle Coca-Cola machines at other restaurants that let you make your drink how you like it.
