  Food poisoning. Went here today 8/23/26 around 4pm and the staff got everything wrong, was rude, pretended to not hear me when I knocked on the door and waited in the heat for over 15 minutes. They didn’t even apologize. Reading the most recent reviews, I’m glad I’m not alone in this. The staff gets paid well plus tips so they should be providing decent customer service at least if they can’t even make the food right but they can’t even do that. Entitled teens pretending to work which explains why I got food poisoning from here.

  Don’t bother coming to this location. Honestly, I don’t even know why I keep bothering with sonic after I boycott it each time for a few months up to a few years because each experience is terrible and reminds me why I don’t go. Every single solitary time that I go to Sonic, they get the order completely wrong, then I have to wait outside in the heat while they pretend to not hear me knocking loudly or staring through the window, and then they give coupons for next time that they refused to honor. This round we decided to finally use one of the two dollar off coupons that we got over four months ago that doesn’t expire until the end of this year. They said it was not in their system so they could not give us the two dollar discount. They said it was not in the system yet because it was too new even though we received the coupons over four months ago at this very location. After speaking with the shift manager, who originally showed attitude, even though I was nice the entire time, she said she could exchange it for something that’s equivalent in price so I got a pretzel stick. But then they gave me the milkshake that I ordered and they gave me the wrong milkshake as usual. So I had to leave my pretzel to get cold while I stood outside, knocking on the door and looking through the window while they pretended to not hear me or see me through the window as they walked by over and over again. After about 10 minutes of doing this and sweating profusely, as it is 97° today, I finally made eye contact with the person who handed me my milkshake originally, and she motioned that she was going to meet me outside to tell her what was wrong with my order, but she never came out. Thankfully, someone completely unrelated to all of this walked outside at Sonic to deliver somebody’s order and she said she would remake my milkshake and she did. The milkshake still was not what I ordered, but at this point I just gave up. It is truly always an exhausting and frustrating experience coming to this location. This experience happened on Sunday, August 23 around 5:20 PM.

  food was absolutely disgusting last night , fries were harder than a rock !!! why play with peoples hard earn money ? yuckkkkk

  To start off waited 5 minutes before anyone greeted me at the drive thru intercom, order my food had to repeat myself 3 times and the girl still didn’t get it right. Pulled to the window it was 4 or 5 people inside got to the window order my food, got home and it was still wrong and nasty!! A waste of 16.22 I throw the whole thing away! Only thing worth keeping was the drinks! I stop going to the PCB location because of the food was disappointing now I will Never Visit this location again. Why stay open late if the food is not made properly and the customer service is terrible. Just close and spare people from wasting their money. This location has gone down BAD!!!!

  Amazing even though they were short staffed when I went they got my food quick and amazing service wish they would give them more staffing tho as it was like only 2 or 3 people closing which is not fair to the employees from my perspective!
