  You walk in and they completely ignore who you are. So slow, and not even a “I’ll be right there to help you out”… 2 minutes later a guy walked in after me, waits for 5 minutes, nobody gave him attention or said anything to him, so he just left! It’s crazy how these peoples don’t want to work or give attention. 08/27/2026

  The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Very poor quality. I won't buy from there again, even though—unfortunately—it's close to my home.

  To much Bread dough not enough sauce cheese & ingredients i have had better pizza at a gas station next time I will go to Papa John's on Tyndall parkway

  Worse pizza hut I've visited in 3 different states 7 different cities. Twice I've ordered the meal deal from this restaurant and both times were epic fails. Pizza i ordered was gross. Tasted more like mall food court pizza than pizza hut. I ordered the meal deal for me and 3 of my loved ones. Before I left I opened each meal deal and noticed the ones with fry orders only had about 7-8 fries max. See attached pictures. I showed whom appeared to be the manager or team leader and she said. "They have us cutting back on everything." Then said " it goes by weight."I said "ma'am unless you've injected these fries with grease to add weight regardless of what the weight measurement calls for this definitely does not meet the requirements."She got an attitude and said there was nothing she could do. (Although she was clearly in charge) Long story short I didn't get more fries and one of the orders was not at all what I ordered. But we were ready to leave and eat so we took the food and left. 4 days later my companion ordered it again and they shorted us a melt and the food was gross. And whomever the big lady is that works at night is extremely rude! Do better, customers keep you employed not the other way around. The first picture depicts what my fry count should look like or close. 2nd picture is what I received. Smh.
