The lady we spoke to who said she was the manager named Katey is VERY rude and could care less about customer service or customer retention or any sort of professionalism. When I called about being frustrated that our food was being delivered by doordash and not Papa Johns she told me to “call corporate” well not only will I call corporate but I will NEVER order from Papa Johns again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to either. Nowhere on the order website did it say anything about food being delivered by doordash. If we wanted doordash we would have ordered doordash. Do better Papa Johns.

Well I was really surprised when I got home opened the box and saw that there was hardly any toppings or cheese...too late to take it back bc I don't live nearby so I decided to just eat it and it was so dry just basically like eating just crust. Its really garbage. Too many pizza places around town to choose from and even little Ceasars gives you more cheese...so I'd skip ever ordering a pizza from papa John's.

They made the pizza and chicken wings well ahead of time but I had to ask about the order twice for them to realize they hadn't made the cheese sticks... By the time the cheese sticks were ready everything else was cold.
