  Visited in Panama City. Sorry Dunkin, Krispy Kreme will always have you beat. I've been to donut shops all over the U.S. and very few beat KK.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Krispy Kreme today. My mom went through the drive-thru earlier and specifically ordered the Easter Specialty Dozen. What we received looked nothing like what was advertised or described. Instead of the themed assortment, it seemed like they just threw together a random mix of leftover donuts. What’s even more frustrating is that no one told her they were out of any of the Easter donuts. There was no communication at all—just handed a box that didn’t match the order. When I called to try and resolve it, the employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I felt talked down to and not taken seriously at all, which made the situation even worse. I completely understand that things run out—but communication and basic customer service go a long way. This experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I just want others to be aware.

  Everything is overly sweet but that's what they are known for. This location is good. A bit on the slow side but the few times we have been there, we have been treated good.
