- SRSanjay RamcharitarSep 21, 20261.0Brittany, the Manager,you need to sharpen your customer service skills and your tone when speaking to your customers if you wanna keep them coming back, I ordered a hot latte pumpkin spice and a couple breakfast items I was rushed out of the window . I understand y'all are busy. But you took you time to tell me the card reader had a "; question". . At the speaker, wasn't given a total.. Got to the window the order came to almost 25$ she gave me the thing to run my card and of course,it asked for a tip, so being the person I am of course I tipped. Handed me a iced coffee I ordered a hot coffee,If it had been repeated back I would have corrected that. So I pulled off into the parking lot and went inside. She was very short with me , seemed like an inconvenience to her. I had a new one made and threw out the old one. I pulled off driving home and turned around and drove 32 minutes back to bring back the coffee. It had a chemical taste. BRITTANY, you shouldn't be so short and callused to your customers. As soon as I asked for your name and a refund your attitude changed completely. I understand you have a business to run, but being super rude to your customers should not be included in that. Your customer service sucks. And you accused me of taking the 1st coffee with me. When I felt bad about putting it in the trash full. I paid 16$ for my coffee I highly doubt I would have taken the 1st one if it was incorrect. I drink a 16$ cup of coffee every morning my dear. I'm not a Karen and usual don't leave reviews. But I hope you read this. And think to yourself, dam I'm rude and short to my customer who are unhappy with their drinks. I actually was gonna order another drink but your attitude made me not even want it anymore.It could have been a simple transaction. You ma'am made it difficult
- LJLynda JohnsonAug 10, 20261.0Employee in Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru in Lynn haven employee looking to fight with someone today went through the drive thru with my husband and he gave him my name because it was my order and he said you don’t look like no Lynda and I’m in the passenger seat looking at him then he closes the window and where still sitting there he says do you have a problem and my husband thought he was just messing with him and said yeah you and then he slams the window again and runs out the front door trying to fight us I didn’t get my drink and they haven’t refunded me or nothing
