  Life’s time I’ve been to Dave and busters in a long time. Sadly half of games didn’t work. There was a group of 300 (quoted by worker) 12 year old tearing up the games.attendants for broken games were no where to be found. Only servers in the restaurant on the other side of the building helping their tables. Workers deflected issues to others. when my family and I needed help, I was told by the manager (which at the time I didn’t know it was him) that someone will come eventually to help you. Finally after 15 minutes a girl comes, and turns out she wasn’t even the one I was told to wait for but she helped me anyway: I asked to speak to a manager because this place is clearly not being run well. And we lost over 60 credits to games that wouldn’t work. I tried to find people but no one was on the floor, and each time I would they run to the back. Finally someone got a manager once I told them the issues. And funnily enough it was the man who refused to help early. He came over very rude when I tried to explain to him. He accused me of lying, and said it was my phone not his games. He said for me to show him so I went to. But at that point the girl switched me to a card and my digital one didn’t work. (Which he knew would happen) then told me he’d help if I could tell him the games and problem so I walked him around the location and showed him. And he still said that if I really needed help I should have walked into the restaurant and interrupted a server to get help. Ridiculous, was how he acted as a manager, no accountability, disrespectful, and not productive. He told me I was nasty and he deserved to be treated better. Mind you I didn’t yell nor curse nor be disrespectful. So he needs to figure out how to do his job sooner , they were able to give back the points I lost in the games that didn’t work and I left. I wouldn’t come back to that location if you paid me. I work customer service and I have never treated someone the way I was treated.

  It was very crowded bartenders took a long time to to acknowledge us. Walking past us several times. It was even harder to pay our tab and move to a table. The waitress made up for it and gave us top notch service. Games are very expensive but we watched the fight on the big screen. Just be prepared for a big crowd here

  I have come to this place a handful of times before and had good fun, but this last time was different. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my girlfriend and I just ate an early dinner there with the intention of spending time to play games for a while afterwards, but our dining experience soiled the mood for us. The food was great, but the service made us feel so awkward that we left immediately after eating. Our server, Toni, kept giving us weird looks about ordering drinks, and when I ordered another round, she looked at our empty drinks and scoffed and laughed at us as if we drank them way too fast. We had intended to enjoy ourselves with a few drinks to play games on our day off, but she made us feel very judged. When we cashed out, she even made a comment that she sure hopes we're sticking around to play games as if we drank way too much. We had two drinks.

  Went here when it was late night happy hour. Menu said "domestic beer" was discounted. Ordered a Yuengling beer (brewed in Pennsylvania). Was charged full price. Bartender said it is only certain beers that are considered "domestic" (even though it may be actually domestic like Yuengling). False advertising, or a manager somewhere how doesn't know the definition of "domestic beer". Wrote to the company since I felt it was fraud and makes them look bad. Got a call, person calling apologized, said they would esquire about it, and offered game tokens as recompense. I do not go there for kids games, so how about a beer or two for the overcharge? Nope, said he would have the manager call me. Never got a call. Really this is about not being able to trust this place. Not eating at today's prices in a place that is deceptive, whether intentionally or otherwise. Pier Park and PCB in general is loaded with other options.

  First of all, I want to say as locals with kids ages 7 & 10 we frequent Dave and Busters about 4-5 times a year. More times than not it’s a good experience. But Im leaving a review because I want to highlight an employee who went above and beyond to make our experience better than the rest. An associate was walking by so I got his attention and asked if he knew how to redeem a chip we got at a parade. I attempted to redeem/use it at the prize area and was denied. Prior to that, I asked the ladies at the front and was directed to the prize area.. so being frustrated was an understatement. The helpful associate, Todd was helpful by listening and going above and beyond by taking care of it for me. He took it to his manager and got us our credits. Thanks to this gentleman we got to add more play time. We had already spent $100. So it was really nice being able to extend our experience. I get the environment is over stimulating and working there must be exhausting, but you’re in hospitality. Your job is literally making the guests’ experience enjoyable so the consumer spends money and returns. Because of Todd, we will.
