  Went to dave and busters generally great experience however the bartenders need to be trained on how not to hate their jobs and to make a cocktail. Wife ordered a non alcoholic drink came out quick but was not sweet enough. Another bartender tried to add more syrup still wasnt sweet enough. When we asked a third time got ignored. Me and my wife both in the industry so we get it but at least try to take care lf your guest

  The food was just okay. My boneless wings were barely warm. The main reason I want to rate them highly was they way they took care of my son. He carelessly set his card down somewhere and lost it or someone took it, not sure. I went to the manager and since I still had my receipt he transfered all of his tickets and credits to a new card. My boys tears dried up quick. That's what helps make a good vacation. I would go back for the service but maybe eat elsewhere.

  ordered wings from here on doordash last night. ordered a total of 40 wings and received 8! they missed 32 wings! how is that even possible? don’t order from dave and buster because they obviously like to EAT ALL YOUR WINGS!!! someone definitely needs to be fired…yall figure out who! might be the one extra stuffed from the 32 wings they ate last night.

  Todd is an awsome waiter this is the second time coming here and he served us. You are lucky to have him. I go out all the time and service is not always that great. Todd goes above and beyond and make you want to come back. I am a hard person and don't normally do surveys. I am an operations Manager and he is a hard find. For a buisness he will make people come back.

  We came to Dave & Buster’s specifically to watch the Mexico World Cup match with our family. We drove all the way from Dallas while on vacation because we wanted to enjoy the game on the large TV wall. When we arrived, there were multiple empty tables directly in front of the big screens. I politely asked several times if we could sit there, but I was repeatedly told no and was told to “go sit at the bar.” That wasn’t an option because my child is under 21 and isn’t allowed in the bar area. I even asked to speak with the manager, hoping they could help, but the response was the same. No effort was made to accommodate us or explain why the empty tables couldn’t be used. To make matters worse, we arrived around 6:45 PM, and by 7:30 PM we still hadn’t received our food. Between the seating issue and the long wait, it completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun family experience. The most disappointing part wasn’t just the wait—it was the lack of customer service. We came to enjoy a major soccer event with our family, and instead we felt like our concerns didn’t matter at all. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re planning to watch a big sporting event with your family. There were plenty of empty tables, but no willingness to help make the experience enjoyable. Very disappointing.
