- AWAshley Weber3 days ago5.0Tonight I went into Chipotle to get an order remade that was made terribly the week before. One of the managers helped me and without hesitation stopped everything. She was busy with to personally make my order. She made it with such intention to ensure it was absolutely perfect and it was probably the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. I really appreciated how much she cared to make sure it was just right there’s also a A girl with tattoos and glasses working in the front register and was doing a super great job making sure the Guest had what they need and being super kind. Was a great experience

The service was as expected, employees greeted and tended with politeness at the same time emotionless I'm sure being over worked and underpaid. Good. The food however.. this was only my second time eating there. The spice level is non-negotiable, no choice, which I like spicy so that worked out.. the steak I got in my burrito bowl was all chewy and fatty and I wound up picking every piece out lol. Overall, not a bad experience.

The cilantro lime rice was clumped together and inedible, and the cilantro lime chicken tasted terrible too, so I couldn't eat most of the bowl. On top of that, the ice machine has been broken for the last 3 days, so no ice for drinks. The staff were okay and doing what they could, but the place feels like it's falling apart. Hoping management fixes these issues, because right now it's not worth the stop. I start visiting chipolets up north after a while to see what I can get. This feels and taste terrible. Wow

How does that make me feel being served food to my family and grandkids. She stated she couldn’t wait to leave America. It felt very disrespectful and bad representation for your company.
