After I left, I discovered the chips that I got to go tasted like they’ve been sitting out for weeks, hard as sh1t! I call your store and I’m forced to talk to some AI slop answering service. Last week I was here, one of the employees that looked like a heavy NBA player was leaned over the food counter physically touching the different trays with his bare hand, telling the other employees how to make his burrito.

Did that, total of 20 minutes because, well traffic. Came back, they still hadn't even started my order. Watched them complete 5 other orders prior to mine and no one in line inside until right before I left. As I waited, and waited, and waited, I noticed 1 person on the line in the front and I swear she was new. Took her at least 3 tries to roll our burritos and they were smaller than average. There was another kid helping the mobile carryout side and he gave the impression he was new as well. 30 minutes past the time the app said it'd be ready. Get it together guys, and maybe not leave a new employee on the line by themselves. But the food was slammin.
