I have given this Arby’s location second chances, third chances, and more, but today will be my last visit unless there are serious changes in management and food quality.
On several recent visits, we have had repeated issues. Sandwiches ordered in larger sizes have looked no different than the regular classic sandwiches. Potato cakes have gotten progressively smaller, have sometimes been undercooked, and the food has been cold more than once.
Today was the final straw. The potato cakes tasted like they were cooked in old, bitter, burned oil, and the au jus had a sour, unpleasant taste that made it completely unappetizing. Having family experience in the restaurant business, I know fryer oil, holding temperatures, food prep, and quality control have to be managed consistently. Based on multiple visits, something at this location clearly needs attention.
This location has become far too hit or miss for us. I hope ownership or management takes the complaints seriously, because this should not be the standard customers receive from a national brand.
