So first of all, i don’t usually come here and now I remember why not. I ordered a drink I’ve ordered a dozen times over at other locations. I asked them if they followed my drink request and the guy,”Victor” tells me “When they’re busy they really don’t have time to customize your drinks like you want them.” Uhhh yea… refund. I almost just paid for them but I remembered I left a tip!! ABSOLUTELY NOT. Mind you, they were not busy. I was only the 3rd vehicle with no one behind me. It’s all good. I’ll just go to Lynn Haven, or the Panama City location!! The energy and atmosphere is 10000%better!

I absolutely love coming here before work! Every time I come in, everyone is always so sweet, kind, and welcoming. They’re also really helpful with recommendations whenever I want to try something new, and they’re usually super quick even when they’re busy. It’s honestly become one of my favorite parts of my morning routine. You can tell the team genuinely cares about making people feel welcome, and I always leave with a good drink and a better mood. 🥹💗☕️

Chloe was very patient and explained the menu fairly well. Today was my first time there so I had no clue what to order, she told me what you had and gave me plenty of options. In the end I asked her what her favorite was and I went with her recommendation.

Honestly, my experience at the 7 Brew in Callaway has been extremely disappointing. The customer service and overall management have gone downhill, and the atmosphere is nothing like what I expected from 7 Brew. Since the new manager came in, it feels like there is a serious lack of organization, communication, and accountability. The way customers are treated and the way the location is being managed is unacceptable. There seems to be very little concern about making sure customers have a good experience, and that starts with management. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but at this point I can’t justify continuing to spend my money somewhere where the service is this poor. A good manager should be setting the tone for the entire team, creating a respectful environment, and making sure customers feel valued. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Hopefully someone higher up at 7 Brew takes the time to actually look into what is happening at this location because this location has a lot of room for improvement. The management and customer service need serious attention. I used to love this place when the OG crew was there but now the new employees ruined it for me.
