  I love this place, but nothing is more annoying than asking for a tip when I ordered a coffee from a drive through. Makes me not want to come here tbh . Friendly staff tho

  Kayla the manager is so sweet and attentive and her staff is so helpful and kind 100/10 will be back and y’all should too!! Hands down best cranky Frank’s in town!!!!

  every single time i come up to the callaway stand, there’s always something missing from my order or it’s not made right. the lane people are never on their lanes which is something i always got in trouble for when i previously worked there. however, i never had a super negative experience until yesterday. i asked to pay with change and then the rest on my card because that was done before. didn’t think anything of it, i watched the brewista talk to another one about it and they looked over and laughed. that was off putting. like i can absolutely afford to pay for a $6 drink, pretty disrespectful to laugh because i asked to do split payments. a shift lead comes out and i kept being asked if i was sure i’ve done split payments in the past, it felt pretty accusatory, but i’m not mad at the shift lead at all, she’s one of my favorites. the drink ended up being a lemonade when i asked for an energy, i gave up on going back because i didn’t want to deal with it. some of the newer people at this stand need more training or better customer service. i love supporting the stand and the OGs, but the constant mess ups, forgetting something, and the attitudes could be improved.
