Come here all the time. Was VERY disappointed with my drink! I asked for a blondie… the same thing I get each time. It was made with drip coffee or not the espresso shot was not pulled correctly and there was grounds at the bottom of my drink! As a barista myself I notice all the little things and that’s uncalled for.

I ordered a 7energy drink yesterday and right after I was handed my drink the guy who handed me it told me “looks like you need it” this comment was very unprofessional and I don’t need to hear a rude remark like this just because i don’t look my best after a long shift at work. The drink came out good but the service needs improvement.

WENT TO ORDER, 2ND IN LINE. SO I SAT AND WAITED, IN THE MEAN WHILE 6 CARS WENT THRU THE OTHER LINE. THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME HAD 7 DRINKS, WHICH TOOK FOREVER. THE GIRL DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME. I LET HER KNOW I WAS PISSED. PEOPLE WHO GO TO WORK IN A.M. NEED FAST SERVICE. WHY COULDN'T THEY PULL UP A LITTLE SO OTHERS COULD BE SERVED.

Love 7 brew, you earn free drinks with your phone number- which isn't hard to achieve, amazing drink options (including many sugar free options and milk alternatives) with the ability to modify exactly how you'd like & super convenient drive-thru. The orders we come through with are nothing less than ridiculous (we are self aware). We ordered three drinks, one of the three was not made right- not really the staffs fault- it's a very strange and usual request, however once bringing it to their attention the young lady working outside quickly made this right for us. I will always give a good review without perfection based on how the staff chooses to handle the situation. These were all young people working- and they are doing a great job at maintaining customer service standards.

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, only to be disappointed every time.
Yesterday’s BOGO event was the final straw. When placing my order, I specifically asked multiple times whether the drinks I selected qualified for the promotion, and the employee taking my order repeatedly confirmed that they did. When I got to the window, I was told they were not included in the promotion after all because we took the blue flavoring out.
What was even more disappointing was the response from the woman I assume was the manager. There seemed to be no effort to acknowledge the mistake or make the situation right. To make matters worse, our drink order was also made incorrectly.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how they’re handled. Unfortunately, between the misinformation, incorrect order, and lack of customer service, this experience reinforced the pattern I’ve encountered every time I’ve visited this location. Which is straight chaos and a lack of customer service.
I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location based on my experiences.
