- KRKristin RexfordMay 3, 20262.0As I currently work in the restaurant industry I can relate to what the workers were going through today as I went to get one of my favorite meals. They were very busy, almost out of everything, and doing the best they could; however, what upset me was when two different people, who had placed their orders after me, received their food first. I went to the counter to ask the young woman working that part if she had a turkey bacon sandwich as a wrap and she says snidely “I’m working on it” turned around and went back to what she was doing. I noted this, now even more annoyed because I was dismissed before I could politely tell her two orders placed after me had came out. I am watching her do her orders and notice flatbreads are coming out. I’m starving at this point, been waiting for almost 30 minutes, and decide I no longer want it if she hasn’t started it: I go back to the counter to explain to a different worker what was going on … the same young lady I asked previously rudely states it’s coming and I said don’t worry about it and next thing I know my food is being thrown on the counter. I will still come back because I do believe in people having bad days. I do not write bad reviews to hurt a business. My purpose of this is to help you help your staff to promote a better experience not just for me but for every single one of your customers.
