  Usually, we all enjoy our time at Top Golf in Panama City until last night. My son and his fiancé went to meet friends (tab usually runs well over $400), and some rude waitress refused to serve them stating neither were 21. My son is 24 tomorrow, and his fiancé is 21. They looked at their IDs for 30 minutes harassing them the whole time. Wasted their time and did not even offer to comp anything for wasting their time and just being rude. We certainly won’t be going back until they get a new crew… Just because you can, does not mean you should. Large gatherings will be held elsewhere. Top Golf, teach your employees some customer service and manners. Especially when the tab covers their night’s pay and then some.

  Ending up coming to Top Golf on a very nasty rainy day, but ended up having a fantastic time! Can’t think of a single thing that could have made the experience better! Between delicious food and drinks, we had the absolute best service from Malena! She was attentive and gave wonderful recommendations on everything! Highly recommend the margaritas, btw. Then, to just add the golfing fun, it was an absolute blast and will be back!

  We went today. They put us in between two families. One side were very loud and the other family had a lot for kids with a crying baby. The kids were in our bay. We asked to be moved before we started playing and the manager got a little attitude with us. I know they deal with a lot of tourists but we are local and come play a lot. There was no need to treat us like we are tourists especially when we come often. He did move us but could have been a little bit nicer even if we were tourists. You would think they would be nice to the locals so when it’s not tourists we would still come support Topgolf

  It matters who your server is. We had chiati for Mother’s Day at location in pcb and she was pretty rough. Looked like she didn’t want to be there, didn’t take our food order, had to track her down for napkins, never told us about Mother’s Day specials, she wasn’t nice at all and seemed annoyed every time we asked for something, especially on Mother’s Day. We went the weekend before for my son’s Braxten’s 11th bday and a service named Miquel was our server and he was literally awesome!!! There needs to be more servers like him! He was the best! Please give him the shoutout he deserves!

  We love TopGolf and usually go to one everytime we are on vacay. My mom and I visited the Topgolf in Panama City Beach on a Saturday night without a reservation, fully understanding and accepting the quoted 2–2.5 hour wait. While waiting, we chose to sit at the bar for drinks and dinner. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was extremely disappointing. After the bartender initially took our order and delivered our drinks, he never checked on us again. Our food arrived quickly, which we appreciated, but we then sat with empty drinks for over an hour without any follow-up, no offer for refills, and no check-in on our experience. A second bartender was clearly working very hard and even explained they were short-staffed, but she was not handling our tab. The original bartender never acknowledged us again. We eventually had to flag someone down just to get boxes and request our check. When the bartender returned, he verbally gave us a total without providing a receipt and appeared irritated while my mom paid in cash. He initially did not provide a receipt at all, and when we requested one, it took several minutes and assistance from another employee to produce it. This lack of transparency and professionalism was concerning. Due to the poor service, we chose to leave the bar area instead of continuing to order drinks while waiting, which likely resulted in lost revenue. When our bay was finally ready after over two hours, the experience did not immediately improve. We had to wait again for assistance to request left-handed clubs, which cut into our paid play time. Once we were finally set up, the remainder of our game was enjoyable, and we appreciated that portion of the experience. Overall, while we made the best of our time, the service—particularly at the bar—was inattentive and unprofessional, and it significantly impacted our visit. I hope improvements can be made in both staffing and customer service moving forward.
