  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The staff treated customers with complete disrespect and made us feel like we weren’t welcome. They were rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. Management needs to take this seriously because no family should be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location.

  First thing that happened was they charged me 12.93 for someone' else's order when ours was 53.59. They then refunded the 12.93 then charged me the correct amount but the food was horrible. It was cold everything was COLD! When you spend fifty something dollars and absolutely EVERYTHING is cold, it's disappointing. Last chance from me Sonic 😭

  June 29 at 1145 pm; waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through. I asked through the intercom if they were doing ok; nothing. I drove around and my wife and I witnessed three employees sitting on their butts, laughing to each other (possibly enjoying what might have been some delicious soft serve). They should ALL be fired.

  As a mother, I was very disappointed by my experience at this location on Saturday, June 27 around 10:30 PM. My family stopped by because our children wanted ice cream late at night and there were very few places still open nearby. Unfortunately, the employee working at that time was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional when speaking to customers. Instead of making us feel welcome, her attitude made it seem like customers were bothering her simply by trying to place an order. What upset me the most was seeing my children become uncomfortable and upset because of the employee’s tone and behavior. A simple stop for ice cream should never turn into an unpleasant experience for a family. After reading other reviews, I was disappointed to see that similar complaints have been made by other customers as well. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer experience, because no family should feel unwelcome while simply trying to buy food or ice cream for their children. #customer_service

  The cherry limeade is why I go to Sonic at least weekly. Always friendly staff and the drink is pretty consistent at the Lynn Haven location. That being said, they definitely need you fix their drive through speaker.
