  So glad I decided to give them another try! Both of the gentlemen working Saturday evening had fantastic attitudes and greeted us immediately. We ordered shakes—they were great, tasted amazing, and the presentation was spot on." Major kudos to the employees!!!

  I got a completely wrong order from the drive thru today and used the service feedback number on the receipt. Little did I know that the process was worse than the messed up order. Looks like Sonic is off of my list from now on. Their lack of support was an eye opener. With all of the choices out there, taking care of the small things might keep customers coming back.

  The business is understaffed and shows a continuous unwillingness to assist customers. I like the food at Sonic but will no longer consider giving them my business. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this establishment.

  We were the only car in the lot. Took 10 minutes for them to take our order. After waiting 25 minutes we ended up just driving off. Pretty bad.
