    Last year we waited over 30 minutes and just cancelled our order. We are back again the same time the following year and waited another 30 minutes just for drinks! No other cars were present except for one car waiting in the drive thru. This is a tourist city and I cannot believe this place is this terrible and surviving.

    No one would take our order at car hop station. Went to the drive thru and watched employees come in and out and no one still took our order. Was 330pm afternoon. Finally left

    This place sucks! Burger literally looked like it was thrown in the box and then thrown in the bag. Then, it was the wrong order! Horrible experience.
