  First time ordering. The pizza was very good. Plenty of toppings. Delivery was exactly the time frame given when order placed. Will order again

  Phenomenal food. Pizza, salads, and mozzarella sticks were amazing! I would argue the service is probably pretty good most days too, however, we waited over an hour to get our two pizzas today. The host assured us that everything was handled in the order of orders received (which obviously wasn’t true since people who ordered after us got their food first and others noticed this as well). The host could’ve just apologized and not made false statements and promises. After over an hour we got the pizza but without the modifications, we decided to eat it regardless because the hunger outweighed the potential waiting time. Let me say this again, the food is phenomenal. The service was not good today. A simple apology or free appetizer or something would’ve swayed this whole experience around. Instead the host lied and had cheap excuses. Restaurant is also in a weird neighborhood with broken businesses around it but almost at the beach.

  As somebody who is extremely critical of pizza and always searching for the next great pizza place, I can honestly say Shore Shack Pizza was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. This place is a hidden gem in Panama City. You can tell immediately it’s a small family-owned business that truly cares about quality, service, and the experience. The crust was perfect, the sauce had amazing flavor, the toppings were fresh, and everything tasted homemade and authentic. On top of the incredible food, the people were genuinely friendly and welcoming. You just don’t find places like this very often anymore. Easy 5 out of 5 stars. We absolutely loved it and will make it a must-stop every time we’re in town.

  Coming from a New Yorker this pizza lives up to my standards!! The best pizza around! Super thin and the cheese to sauce ratio is perfect! The homemade ranch is also excellent

  The pizza far exceeded our expectations. Fun outdoor dinning environment. We got a 12" pizza and it was perfect for two. We did half margerita and half terryaki pineapple. The crust was homemade and delcious. Would recommend!
