  I just called THREE TIMES, and the woman answering the phone simply kept hanging up on us. She either didn’t understand the order or pretended not to understand it. The third time, she told us that our address wasn’t showing up in the computer. That was just her way of making sure we wouldn’t call again. For some reason, she simply didn’t want to take our order.

  We ordered Pizza Hut last night because we have not eaten it in several months and wanted a good pizza. The pizza and cinnamon stick were horrible. Probably the worst I had in my entire life. Also I ordered delivery and was not told it would be door dash and the delivery time keep changing adding 5 minutes each time it took 1 1/2 hours to get our delivery which is only 20 minutes max in horrible traffic. Yall should definitely Do better Pizza Hut

  This place has great customer service! They are very fast and efficient and the food tastes great! I highly recommend!

  Placed a delivery order at 7:23 pm with a delivery time of 8:04 pm. At 8:12 pm the driver informed us he was waiting on the pizza, but they had lost the order. We finally got our order at 9:16 pm, and it was wrong. Our condo is 5 minutes from this pizza hut, but i’ll never waste our time or money by ordering here again. The only positive from this experience was our delivery driver Desmond. He stayed there and waited on our order and updated us throughout the process. Overall, Highly disappointed in this pizza hut.
