  We placed an order this week, and unfortunately it was delivered through DoorDash. Even though we were only 3 miles away, we waited an hour and a half for our delivery. When the driver finally arrived, he had gotten lost trying to find our location. On top of the long wait, part of our order was missing. We also left a tip through the Papa John’s app. However, when the driver arrived, he acted as though no tip had been provided. Because of the delay, the missing items, and the overall inconvenience, I ended up giving him an additional $10 tip. Now, regarding the food: when it finally arrived, the pizza was cold, and the pizza sauce for the breadsticks had spilled all over the inside of the box. I’ve eaten at dozens of Papa John’s locations, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service, delivery, and food quality were all extremely disappointing.

  Deleting the app. I won't be ordering from this vendor again. The pizza was terrible, and it took forever to arrive through DoorDash. By the time it got here, it was cold. To make matters worse, the box wasn't sealed, so I couldn't even be sure it hadn't been opened or handled during delivery. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  Pizza was delivered. Delivery from third party was fine. Pizza on the other hand... Instructions asked for pizza to be clean cut and well done... Well pizza was not even normally cut and pizza was under cooked. Order brownies and they were messed look like a 3yr old went at them with a fork. Very disappointed.

  This was the most unorganized bunch of mess. Ordered via app. Arrived to store at time app said. Told me ready in 15 mins it was just going in oven. They are so concentrated on getting the door dash orders out that my SINGLE PIZZA order was going overlooked. 10 mins later they say oh its going in the oven. I waited in the store 30 mins to get ONE SINGLE PIZZA.

  Extremely Disappointed with the Papa John's Management Team, I am reaching out to formally complain about the unacceptable service and food quality regarding my order . The First Mistake: I ordered a ham and bacon pizza, but received a pepperoni pizza instead. The Delivery Delay: After I complained, I had to wait 1 hour and 43 minutes just to get the replacement. The Poor Quality: When the replacement finally arrived, it was practically missing the bacon and tasted awful. It was nowhere near the quality of the pizzas I normally get from you.. Waiting nearly two hours for a replacement pizza that turns out to be poorly made is unacceptable.
