The issue wasn’t just the delivery itself—it was the lack of communication and customer service throughout the experience. When you’re spending your time and money on food, you expect clear communication, reasonable service, and your order to be handled with some level of urgency and care. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. My recommendation: either pick up your pizza yourself or consider ordering somewhere else. For me, Zollo’s Pizza was the clear winner. 👍🏾 Customer service and communication matter, especially when you’re dealing with someone’s time, money, and food.
