  The customer service at the drive-through wasn’t the best. Just made me feel unwelcome, and the Caesar salad with chicken was really bad. Attached a photo so you can see how rotten the lettuce was. it really taste unwashed as well And in this lettuce pandemic I really hope that’s not true

  This location is consistently disappointing. Hair in food, out of ingredients, socially inept workers. Old location wasnt great, but was definitely leagues better than this one.

  Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese through the drive thru. Woman taking order didn’t care, “hey give me like 2 seconds” as soon as I pull up, no hello or anything. No thank you for waiting when she came back on 2 minutes later. I got to work, bagel wasn’t sliced or toasted and no cream cheese that I paid for.

  I had the coldest soup of my life. Soup is supposed to be hot, but they served it to me completely cold. Also, the sandwich bread I’ve been asking for—and that they haven't stocked for weeks—is still missing; I’m forced to use a different kind of bread. It’s terrible—there’s simply no attention being paid to these things. Customer service is non-existent; it’s a really bad restaurant. I know it just opened, but even so, it’s awful—a good manager really needs to step in and sort things out.
