- BBBello3 days ago1.0The drive-thru employee was very rude and disrespectful. I politely asked her to give me about 5 minutes to decide what I wanted to order, but she was extremely rude. I became stressed and upset, so I decided to leave without ordering. This happened at approximately 12:03 PM. Very very bad service here !!!!

- JHJosslyne HulseyJun 14, 20261.0The workers like to argue with customers when we ordered a strawberry milkshake they gave us vanilla and said it was strawberry when we told them it wasn't they argued it was when the manager got there they finally fixed it they were not even at the counter when we got there they looked at us and went on their phone and we ordered only ice-cream it took over 25 minutes just to get it do not recommend this place

Huge shout outs to the incredibly lovely people working; Lois, Chaz, Kelli and their manager Jessica! Super sweet and personable, and I could tell they love making people feel welcome. Will make the drive to this location anytime I stay in PCB ☀️🙌🏽
