  As a franchise, Jimmy John’s is usually my absolute favorite place to stop and get a sandwich when I’m out traveling. I love the Roast Beef and Cheddar, and we get the veggie sandwich too. The food is very consistent and the bread is some of my favorite. This location is one that is located near Pier Park in Panama City Beach near the Ferris wheel. While I really don’t find anything wrong with the food or the location… It’s the employees that destroyed this visit for me. The order taker has the worst customer service, demeanor and had a poor attitude about everything. Honestly made me feel like I should have left while I was ordering. I sat near the soda machine and I watched several transactions and everything was the same. Just a poor attitude overall in this location. I would say at least three of the employees should have probably just stayed home today. I hope this business owner can see this and give some training, instruction and overall encouragement to the staff. The place was clean, and the food was exactly what I expected. The thing that needs to change is the thing that you CAN change and that is the attitude of the people working there, particularly the order taker.

  To the young man with the dark hair that made my sandwich today with love, thank you so much. This is one of the best ones I’ve had in a very long time from anywhere. Very polite and kind service here today!

  I think jimmy johns and this location gave up on what they used to promote fast delivery. I live 2 miles away ordered 2 subs and it’s been a hour and my order has not been made or delivered. This location is a joke and the owners do not care about standards. I’m sure it won’t be around much longer at this location
