I love the Roast Beef and Cheddar, and we get the veggie sandwich too. The food is very consistent and the bread is some of my favorite. This location is one that is located near Pier Park in Panama City Beach near the Ferris wheel. While I really don’t find anything wrong with the food or the location… It’s the employees that destroyed this visit for me. The order taker has the worst customer service, demeanor and had a poor attitude about everything. Honestly made me feel like I should have left while I was ordering. I sat near the soda machine and I watched several transactions and everything was the same. Just a poor attitude overall in this location. I would say at least three of the employees should have probably just stayed home today. I hope this business owner can see this and give some training, instruction and overall encouragement to the staff. The place was clean, and the food was exactly what I expected. The thing that needs to change is the thing that you CAN change and that is the attitude of the people working there, particularly the order taker.
