  Their hours say until 11pm and the doors were u locked but when we walked in he said they were closed and it was 10:10 pm

  On August 4th, even though I went in within 30 minutes of closing, the lady who was working was very welcoming, had great energy, and was very efficient in helping us choose what to get by answering questions and moving with intention. Will definitely be coming back; one of my better experiences with this chain!

  Service is good but the prices are outrageous 14 dollars for a 2 scoop sundae. Then ask for a tip on top of that? Idk the ice cream wasn’t even that special.

  Came for ice cream, left emotionally attached. The customer service was amazing, and the Strawberry Cheesecake sundae changed my life. I’m already planning my next visit.

  I was shocked by the prices at this Häagen-Dazs location in Pier Park. I paid over $28 for three single-scoop ice creams and a couple of waffle cone upgrades. A single scoop in a waffle cone ended up costing around $9, which is ridiculous for ice cream. What made it even more frustrating is that there were no clearly visible prices posted inside the store. Customers should know what they're being charged before they order, especially when prices are this high. The lack of transparency felt misleading. To be honest, the ice cream tasted like regular grocery store ice cream. There was nothing special about it that justified the premium price. If I'm paying nearly $9 for a single scoop, I expect something far better than what I can buy at the supermarket for a fraction of the cost. I'm leaving this review to make other customers aware. The pricing is excessive, and without clearly posted prices, it's easy to end up with a much higher bill than expected. I won't be returning.
