I’m not a big fan of kiosk ordering, but the fact that one of the employees came out and offered friendly assistance means a lot. Food came out tasty and fast, which is why you would want to go to a Dunkin’ Donuts anyway.

We didn’t think of ordering ahead because we went a few days prior and had no trouble ordering inside. However, this particular day was different. We placed our order on the kiosk. One iced latte. That’s all it was. We waited for around 30 minutes at the counter. They were short staffed clearly but didn’t even pay any attention to the lobby. They had several tickets waiting to be made on the counter and were ignoring them. Multiple people that ordered after me got their items first when all I ordered was one drink! The others had multiple drinks and food items. When we finally asked nicely about our drink they just pulled one from out of view and shoved it in our direction. We explained how nobody called out our name or order number in the lobby and we were met with the rudest worker who mocked the words “so sorry!” In a very fake sarcastic voice. We were on vacation so we tried not to let it bother us but we were appalled by how he behaves like that and is still working there. He had a sort of mop hairdo and glasses. Older cranky gentleman. I love Dunkin’s and was very disappointed by this experience. Do better!!

When I got there I went through the drive-through and purchased three of the pumpkin muffins, which are my absolute favorite. This location knows how to make them right with a perfect amount of crumble and frosting on top. The girl that waited on me at the drive-through Window was a very sweet and kind person as well. Maybe she was the same one that answered the phone. I don’t know.
