- BHBeth Hollingsworth4 days ago1.0Our experience here was absolutely horrible. The staff was not familiar with any of their products. Could not help us answer any questions about their donuts or their coffee. The place was absolutely dirty!! Hair on the tables. Waited forever for one black coffee and one latte. The black coffee was so incredibly hot that you could not even hold on to the cup or drink it. And the top was halfway put on and spilled. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to make a visit here immediately and evaluate these employees.

Not a car infront of us not a car behind us no one inside and when asked for a min we were told it was time to order. Then the blonde hair white boy caught a whole attitude when I asked for a min again because we were trying to order something else as they were out of what we wanted just for us to get to the window for our order to have stuff on it we never ordered and had to refund us cash instead of on our card because they didn't know how (if he would've actually listened and paid attention he would've clearly known our order instead of rushing us) and then the black girl at the window wants to try to fix it then gets mad because we are still at the window because we were not given all of our stuff! Slammed the window and rolled her eyes at us. Hopefully your managers can point you out based on these descriptions as it was 6:40 this morning. Clearly dunkin employees havnt had their coffee yet or get paid too much and think they are better than everyone else this morning!
