    We had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings during our visit to Panama City. Our party consisted of 17 guests, and despite there being multiple large tables that remained unused throughout our entire meal, the manager, Crystal, refused to seat us together. Instead, she split our group into two separate tables, which took away from our family gathering. What made the situation even worse was Crystal’s rude and unprofessional attitude. We started to move the tables together when she approached us in a very disgusting manner and proceeded to remove the chairs from one of our members! Rather than trying to accommodate us or explain the situation respectfully, she was dismissive and made us feel like an inconvenience. She then proceeded to come and ask if we were ok after I asked our server her Name trying to cover up her mistake. Really Hope the owner pulls cameras and see how she Handled the situation! We were there June-27-2026 @1:18pm FYI. As a Business Owner and also Full time customer service Employee serving 7 years of experience This is poor customer service. Would suggest for her to be taken to a management class again. The only bright spot of our visit was our server, Melissa. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely apologized for the manager’s handling of the situation. Even she seemed confused as to why our group couldn’t be seated together when the available tables remained empty the entire time. Melissa provided excellent customer service despite the circumstances. Unfortunately, because of the manager’s behavior, what should have been an enjoyable meal during our Panama City trip turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. We appreciate Melissa’s professionalism, but the poor management left a lasting negative impression. We won’t be returning to this location. (UPDATE) "We appreciate you taking the time to respond. We hope that this is taken as a working criticism and used for better training purposes. It definitely changed the mood for everyone involved. And again, we could have understood her coming and telling us that they were not able to accommodate a big party. And then it would have been up to us to decide whether we stayed or not but the way she came and just rudely told us we could not sit together and then pulled the table away was simply uncalled for. Im sure you would understand how shocked we were when we asked to speak to the manager and to our surprise were told she was the manager. We understand that servers are assined to tables and even if the seating had two servers. We would have gladly tipped accordingly to have 2 servers if that was the case. But it was a big slap in the face that the entire meal noone was seated at the other table. Therefore in reality we could have sat together.

    Me and my family go here ALL THE TIME since we’re locals. I asked for Luke warm water for a bottle and I have never once been told no until yesterday, the server claimed it’s not allowed. I never once been declined warm water for a baby and ended up having to make my husband walk to a restaurant nearby to get water for him. She literally could’ve brought us water with no ice in it or something. Thank you fords garage for being able to give us the water we needed for our son!

    We've eat here before with no problem, but the other night was horrible! We had Kendall as our waitress and she was by far the worse! We sat at our table at least 20 minutes before she asked what we wanted to drink, for her to bring out the wrong drinks. (We never got refills on even that the entire time we was there). Then when we ordered our food, some of it was cold and the potato wedges was burnt. We asked for a manager, which she had the potato wedges fixed... but as she was trying to fix our food, Kendall was being rude and saying stuff in front of two small children that she shouldn't have. Of course I got rude back. The manager informed us that she had several complaints that night.. As we were leaving she had made it to the back of the store on the outside and was hitting on a weed pen. This girl is going to ruin your business! She is rude to customers, and doesn't care at all about how she treats others or your business!

    So we have been here for the first time ever and we have waited almost one hour and half and few members of my family had hot food and the rest was cold mozeralla sticks no cheese pull looks like a piece of string cheese in breading the chicken was very tough and hard sliders patties were shriveled up and burnt. Burgers were cold when we received our food than we got a small discount from the manager but no trying to re cook it or anything never coming back again

    I won’t be returning to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings anytime soon. I usually only end up here when friends or family want to eat here. Unfortunately, every visit seems to have the same issues. Drink refills are often forgotten, the food is just okay, and there seems to be a lack of communication between employees.
