  We have eaten at Angelo’s every year we have come to PCB. Probably more than 20 times. This is the first time we have been disappointed in the food. My sister had a sirloin, medium well. She said it was so rubbery she could not chew it. I’m not sure of the steak my husband got but he said it was very tough. I had chicken fingers off the children’s menu. They were like frozen out of a bag. My 23 year old grandson and his girlfriend had pork plates. I saw large pieces of fat in the pork. I don’t see us going back there anymore. Prices are way out of sight and quality has really gone down.

  First time here and because the prices on the menu, we thought the food MUST be good, we were hungry and just wanted to eat a good food. I ordered ribs, they were soooo soooo dry, it looks they forgot they were cooking them, they were awful, and full of pepper, too much. I was so disappointed because for some reason I thought they would be delicious... My clam chowder, no words. It was very thick but that didn't bother me, the flavor was bad. The waitress told me to give it back if I didn't like it, because I asked him if it was too thick... but again, I was hungry, I didn't have time for that. My husband steak, mmmmm so so nothing special, not even the bread was good. A simple toast... I think the prices are high because location, because for the food it's impossible. They need a different chef or something. Waffle House would've been a better option, no kidding. The waitress (Xavier) was VERY nice, super attentive 10 out of 10. Customer service was nice.

  Honestly, if you’re in PCB and don’t hit up Angelo’s, you’re doing it wrong. We went in last night and it was such a vibe. The best part is definitely the setup, you can literally walk right up and watch the chefs grilling the steaks over the open fire. It smells incredible and you already know it’s gonna be good before you even sit down. The steaks were seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly how we asked. My boyfriend got the Filet and I got the Surf and Turf. The whole place has this super cool, old-school decor that makes it feel really legit, and we spent way too much time browsing the gift shop after we ate lol. Huge shoutout to our server Xavier. He was literally the GOAT. He took amazing care of us and told us all about the history of the place, which was actually super interesting. He really made the night. 10/10 definitely coming back next time we’re in town!

  I visit Panama city usually twice a year, I've been coming for about 8 years now. This restaurant was a staple anytime i was here while in season. 3 years ago we had a pretty crappy time there and I hadn't been back until yesterday. Well last night was the last time. Angelos is a steak house, if you can't properly cook a steak then what's the point? I knew immediately before I even cut into my steak that it was going to be undercooked and i was right, it was pretty much blue rare. The person I was with got a rib eye, it looked like they cooked it on a cold grill, it was grey, no sear or grill marks and it didn't taste great. The "grilled" corn on the cob was soggy and gross, the ranch on my salad was completely watered down and the Texas toast was stale. The only thing that was worth eating was the baked potato and thats because you can't really mess up a baked potato. It may seem like I'm being harsh, but this is twice in a row for me, when paying 60 bucks a plate I expect a little more. The server was completely oblivious as well. I don't like to complain so we didn't send anything back but anyone could see we were unhappy... except our waitress of course. Y'all can have this place I won't be back.

  To be completely honest we had a terrible experience over all, the staff over all were very friendly, but would not comp any food even though they knew we did not like nor eat any of it. We also got the hurricane very nasty, tasted like straight liquor so if you’re planning on driving home please don’t drink anything. so we paid over $100 for food and drinks we did not eat I could have probably showed my butt and got it comped, but I feel if a establishment has any type of class you shouldn’t have to do that. the sides were low quality my husband got the hamburger steak well down and it was quite literally too hard to cut through the medium rare steak I got was very tough and no flavor I am very disappointed to say Angelo’s has gone way down in quality over the years if you are looking for a good steak try triple j’s please learn from our experience. I am not one to write reviews especially bad reviews but originally I thought well of this restaurant and they have really let me down.
