  I don’t usually do reviews but I’m tired. After a long day at the hospital I just wanted to enjoy some Taco Bell. So I ordered online and went on my way. I was in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. I thought that person in front of me just had a big order. They didn’t. When I got to the window it took them 5 minutes to just get my drinks, after getting them I was told that they were slammed. I just accepted it. It was almost 10pm and Taco Bell is a popular night restaurant. We ordered a Baja blast freeze…. It wasn’t ready. Whatever everytime I order a freeze. the flavor I want isn’t ready. I get home finally. Only to find out my chalupa was missing. I had specifically looked for a box that had a chalupa in it. Frustrated, I just decided to steal half of my sisters chalupa… no chalupa. I checked my brothers box, no chalupa? It’s one thing to forget one item but the same item in all 3 boxes? And also on top of that when I left the drive thru there was no one in the restaurant and a total, including myself, of 3 cars in the drive thru. So they obviously weren’t slammed. I’m sure this review does nothing for anyone or myself, though I think a refund for the chalupas would be nice I just wanted to rant.

  I got the special deluxe box. There was plastic in my crunch wrap supreme. They had a horrible attitude, very disrespectful and only gave me a seven dollar refund and a card. It was the lady who had facial hair.

  Tbh- this staff seems short handed and not equipped to handle. Walking in to pick up an order and I’m told “yeah, I don’t know when that will be ready” then they walk away…. Saw it happen to another delivery pickup….. Facility was clean and just lack of leadership and support….

  I arrived first for my pickup after getting a “ready” notification, but still had to wait ~10 minutes while staff served walk-in customers who came after me—even though my order was already prepared. I have video and photo proof of the delay. It’s frustrating when companies invest in efficient systems, but poor in-store handling ruins the experience. Very unprofessional.

  I ordered on the app so I wouldn’t have to wait, “grab and go at the counter”. Took me 10 minutes to get there and then I ended up waiting another 20 minutes after I arrived. The app says grab and go, I didn’t go to the drive thru which would have been faster, I went to the counter. There was another guy waiting while I was waiting and he was still waiting after I got finished eating. I blame the system, seems it doesn’t say “make this at a certain point”, they make them when the drive thru stops or someone ask for it. From now on I’ll hit the drive thru. Food was good.
