Not many redeeming qualities to this location. 7pm on a Sunday and was told they couldn't serve anyone due to "not enough staff" after waiting for 15 minutes. 7 or 8 car deep drivethru was sent packing. Order was done on the app, had to cancel to get a refund. Even when you do get served 3 out 5 times your order will be incomplete. Once Chipotle and Popo's opens I imagine this location will fold.

WORST TACO BELL LOCATION! I come here only because I live down the street but every time I get food here something is wrong with my order whether that be sauces missing, food missing or getting different food/drinks than what I ordered. Usually I mobile order around 12:30am (an hour and half before close) and EVERY TIME, I kid you not, THE FRYERS ARE OFF AND THEY CAN’T COMPLETE MY ORDER OR REFUND ME. Keep in mind that they don’t tell you stuff is down until you tell them your food is missing or incorrect. There are a few nice people there but whoever the manager is (i think it’s a young blonde girl) is so rude and always seems irritated to literally be doing her job. If anyone is reading this, go to the taco bell in palmetto instead because they’re nice & always open until the time they say (2am).

Wow is all I have to say, pulled in while a tow truck was there. All I could hear when I got out my car was a young woman claiming to be a manager cussing him out. Tow driver and another taco bell member seemed completely calm, but this woman was acting nuts. I left before ordering because if she acts like that in the parking lot imagine how she’s act if I got the wrong order.

I went through the drive through tonight around 7 pm. It was very busy. The most memorable thing is how kind the young man was taking orders, despite staffing challenges and the long line. Most would have shown some level of frustration, like many of the customers. He did not. Either of us being upset would not have changed the situation. I commend him for staying cool under pressure and the kitchen crew for their hard work getting orders out as quickly as possible. My meal was delicious.

Went to the toco bell drive through I ordered 3 chicken tacos and a Mexican pizza . When I arrived home the 3 chicken taco were missing everything in side them no meat no anything only a broken hard shell toco the Mexican pizza only had cheese and sauce in it . No beans or meat . I just can't believe I spend almost 30 dollars and I get that horrible order . Guess by the other reviews it's not just me . How can the toco bell chain let this happen . O well I guess.Dont go to this taco bell .
