  Service sucks. They consistently tell me that they are out of products and miss items in orders. But the biggest thing is that they constantly say they can’t take orders a hour and a half before they close!

  If I could rate the fast food place higher I would. Soo i get to the drive thru line and I am ordering my food and I meant to say a taco supreme and I said a premium taco. Later on I get to my house and start eating my food and I go to open the taco and on the package it says premium…. I start laughing sooo hard almost crying because it was soo funny. Needless to say that made my night. And whoever works there they should get a raise!!

  I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell locations as a full-time rideshare driver, and I can honestly say this one stands out as the absolute best. The daytime manager—a Black woman who clearly leads with both strength and heart—runs that place like a well-oiled machine while still making it feel warm and welcoming. You can tell her team genuinely respects her; they look up to her the way you’d look up to someone who truly cares, almost like a mother figure. Everything was spotless—easily the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever stepped into—and the friendliness of the staff matched that same level of excellence. Orders were handled quickly, accurately, and with a level of professionalism you just don’t see often in fast food. It’s rare to find a place where leadership, cleanliness, and customer service all hit this high of a mark at once, but she absolutely delivers on all fronts. If more locations were run like this, the entire fast-food experience would be on another level.

  Attempted drive thru on a Friday night and was told via drive thru would have to go inside to order. What's the point of a fast food drive thru restaurant if it can't be ran as such. Management needs to do better or notify the franchise owner if you are unable to run the establishment like a business correctly.
