It’s still new so I’m hoping everyone gets trained well! First time I ate here it was great but today my Italian nightclub was missing the ham and onions! I ate it anyways but please focus on getting orders right in the future I was really excited to have one in the neighborhood
Picked up a mobile order here. Friendly staff, very yummy food!

WTIL was kinda slow but I think it may have been due to what appeared to be the workers being trained. Trey was really nice and professional. It showed that he was still learning to make the orders but he was great. The only real issue I had was that the young lady had hair hanging down to the back of her knees and Trey had a full head of hair, and neither of them to include the person that appeared to be over them, had on hair nets, and even though they had on gloves, they were pulling up their pants, touching handles, and grabbing things, all while handling meat and bread with those same gloves on, in plain sight. This isn't to talk down on anyone, I'm just making an observation and hopefully those little infractions will be addressed. You have a really good crew there.

At midnight my wife and I were looking for somewhere to eat, we found this Jimmy John's and excitedly hurried over as they are open til 1am. To our surprise, when we went in, they ALSO have a buffalo wild wings counter which was a super cool surprise.
10/10 recommend this location and thank y'all for being up so late.
And thank you Trey for beyond exceptional customer service!
I had been anxiously waiting for the opening, but unfortunately, my first visit isn't the type of visit that makes me want to come back. First, regardless if employees are available, you are expected to order on the kiosk. No personal touch. Then after ordering on the kiosk, I asked if they could leave out the hot peppers as I didn't see how to remove them on the customization screen. I was told they don't make that anymore. What? The JJs special that was flashing at me on the screen? I thought it was a pretty captivating marketing strategy, but guess not. I was then told they can't control what the kiosk says, it's all corporate. But they did tell me they would make it for me this time. I asked if customers were supposed to verify what was actually available before ordering? No answer. But then I watched another customer walk up. Was waiting to place an order to be told to order on the kiosk. After going through her entire order, she asked how to apply the promotion card she had. Guess what, she was asked to cancel her order and place it again through them in order to apply the card. Overall, not a very good experience. Then, I get home, and the very hot peppers I asked to be left out, were added. My mouth is still on fire and I only ate a quarter of it before I tossed it. But hey, the potato salad was delish and refreshing on the heat in my mouth from the hot peppers. Will I visit this location again? Probably, only because I recognize its fresh and are just getting into a routine. But maybe be more welcoming to your customer and either let them know or post a sign that indicates those items that are no longer available; and ask if they have a discount card before you have them place an order, only to have to place it again. We were both on lunch breaks. Every second counts. Hoping for a better future visit.
