After one particularly bad experience I contacted the district manager, Elizabeth Lopinto. She assured me she would send a gift card to make it right, but I never received anything. Very disappointed in both the service and the follow-through.

- RRReedMar 18, 20261.0I stopped by to get a couple of donuts. When I got to the counter, the worker was counting money at the cash register. He said sorry, I'll be right with you, I said okay. I stood there for 5 minutes and he was still counting money. In the meantime I can hear a couple of employees in the back laughing and having a good time while I'm standing there. Then the guy counting money went back to join them. The three of them came back to the cash register talking about the money and I heard one guy say, I messed up. In the meantime I'm still standing there and all three walked to back without acknowledging me that they'll be back or anything, just left me standing there. I was pissed, so I left.
