  I was enjoying my sub and the all of a sudden I feel a string in my mouth, I then pulled a long brown curly hair. It was probably from the girl who made my sandwich. I kind of lost my appetite after that. Talk about leaving a bad in my mouth. I really wish after COVID the restaurants had kept the masks. Hairnet and whatever needs to be done to keep my food clean

  I came to your store at 9823 hibiscus st palmetto bay I had got a ham cheese sub and the bread was hard how can y'all sale hard bread i will not come back there again y'all need to give me a free meal

  2nd. Ordered today and did not get my chips called and was told they could not deliver but would give me a credit for my next order. This will Never happen as My shop will not order from JJ again. Also they didn't even offer a discount for their last fumbled order. Way to go on customer satisfaction. 1st review. Ordered 2 8" Vito and paid for extra meat got less then reg meat on them asked for tomatoes got none on either. Had Ordered the day before and it was great don't know what happened but was not Happy.
