  This location was okay the first few times we ordered. Today was a different story. Every item we ordered was incorrect and obviously it's takeout, so we didn't see it until we made it home. The app offered to credit a drink to my account. I'm not sure how that would make up for the $50 we spent on dinner. We will not be returning to this location.

  The manager needs some sort of training on leadership. No customer wants to eat their food listening to a manager yell to their staff. Nor we do care for your inventory list. Poor Marisol 😅 Horrible feeling honestly I felt sorry for all them. Anyway food was ok they definitely need to serve bigger portions like all the other chipotles do. Barley got any protein, I had to order an additional side of meat midway eating the bowl. Other chipotles i've been to serve their bowls packed compared to this one.

  I have never had an experience like this at chipotle, besides the fact they served the smallest portion I have ever seen on a bowl, the manager of the establishment was very aggressive towards me. I would not reccomend this location to anyone. Very stingy on the portions and poor customer service. I felt embarrased by the way the manager raised her voice at me in front of all the customers and the employees were just there laughing.

  I forgot to get a photo but I def will next time! Everytime I come here I’m beyond pleased. My order is a simple but since there’s no meat involved I always ask them to change their gloves & they always do with no hesitation! The last time I visited Mrs. Jackie saw my wife and I enter and immediately asked the workers to change their gloves! I was blown away. Never had a problems with portions here! And when Caleb is working it’s always a plus, he was so nice and attentive I had to ask for his name! I will frequent this location as long as I’m in the area!

  I came on here to talk about my experience and actually not to my surprise at all did I find out I’m not the only person that has this issue with this place. I know it’s newish but this can’t be acceptable behavior for an establishment. First of all when I got there it wasn’t even that busy so I figured I could go in and it’d be a quick trip which I normally place my order online and pick it up in store but they always give me way too much rice and barely any protein so I went inside to watch them make my food. The manager, which I think her name was Jackie, was super rude to the employees and everyone looked extremely irritated. There was no rice, not brown or white and the manager was just yelling at everyone about it until they finally got some. There was also barely any beans or barbacoa, I understand everything is made in store but there’s such a thing as being proactive and not waiting until you run out to start making more. And the manager should be monitoring that instead of yelling at everyone by the time they run out. I didn’t get a single smile the entire time I was there, the young lady that actually made my order seemed scared and rushed but there was absolutely no one behind me so it seemed a little weird, I had to ask her to pour out some of the rice and then she gave me this thin line of barbacoa which I just left alone because there was barely any there to begin with and there was something that looked like a slice of banana in the bottom of the pan and I didn’t want to risk her picking it up but I got everything I wanted for the most part and then I get to the cashier to pay, I scan my app and then I tap my Apple Pay and I’m standing there waiting for a receipt or a “you’re all set, have a great day” or something and she’s just looking off I got he distance and then finally turns to me and says you’re all set so I’m assuming she put the receipt in my bag while I wasn’t looking and I walked out until I realized that I didn’t get the points on the app, the order is not in my history or anything so I go back in to get the receipt and she goes, “it’s because you didn’t ask for it”…-_- I’m sorry? Typically, the cashier says, “would you like your receipt?” Or at least offer it to me and if I decline then cool but she didn’t even offer it and then made it seem like it was my fault that I didn’t get it. AND THENNNNN I get home to eat this food that I’m just praying is good atp and the rice and the beans were dried out and my food tasted off…idek how else to explain it. This place needs a complete and total revamp from the employees to management to the policies and how they handle things. I will not be returning for a long time and I hope when I do, things are completely different.
