  I ordered from Papa John’s because as a single Mom once in a while, I give my children a treat of their favorite pizza tonight. I ordered Papa John’s and it was delivered on time, but I did not know that they go through DoorDash to deliver pizza and when My Son went to pay while I was in the shower, they took advantage of him and said they did not have any change and took $35 as a tip I did They use DoorDash I called called Papa John’s talk to the manager Daniel he talked to me and quickly calmed me down contacted DoorDash explain the situation and after the lady brought me back my money Iris from Papa John’s called me back and talk to me. Make sure everything was OK and I so well appreciate that Daniel and Iris even know this was a crazy experience. I appreciate the hard work that you do. Thank you so much.

  I order weekly . Pizzas are always good . They have turned over the orders to INDIA WHERE SOME WOMAN WITH A PHONY US ACCENT ALWAYS CHARGES THE WRONG PRICE AND SENDS THE ORDER TO THE WRONG STORE Attention Management: please correct this order service

  This Papa John's is better than their average location. I've not been really into their pizza as of late. Even their "specials" aren't enticing when compared to other pizza chains. That said, the few times I have ordered from here over the last couple years have been good. Service is always fast, and I've always gotten the correct order. I do like that this location has plenty of parking.

  The manager is extremely unprofessional and immature. I called to try and resolve an incorrect order on their end bc I ordered two pizzas with white sauce due to my mother stomachs issues annd got 4 pizzas with red sauce which she CAN NOT eat so she’s here without dinner and was met with disrespect and screaming and yelling. As a manager I would think you would be able to compose yourself enough to handle customers complaints and not become aggressive and nasty but that’s just me 🤷‍♀️ I definitely don’t recommend! They mess up your order and don’t take accountability!
