  Went there at about 2:30 PM on Sunday 10/04/26. I was greeted by a young man and asked if I knew what I wanted. I told him I had never been there before. I told him I wanted simple Iced coffee, with cream and sugar and some caramel flovoring. He questioned me on the word "Cream". Wanted to know if I wanted whole milk or half and half. I repeated Cream. I have never been asked if I wanted something different when I have ordered coffee and said cream and sugar. He then said "ok, whole milk then?" I said "No cream". He said then you must mean half and half. I didn't argue, i just said OK. Then he rang me up. 2 - 24oz iced coffee's was $18.00. I should have thought something was up at this point. But again, I had never been here, maybe this was their prices, since nothing on the menu board had prices listed at all. I was given the coffee, and he said here is your Latte's. I said to him, I didnt order a Latte, I ordered Iced Coffee. He said that when you order Iced coffee, you mean a Latte. I said no, Iced coffee is regular coffee and cream on ice. a Latte is espresso and cream. Now he did offer to remake the coffee's. That is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. I declined because I was certain that he was not going to get the order correct. He didnt even know what to give someone if they ask for cream. Never the less, this was my first and last time at Kahwa.

  Wanted to thank everyone at the Kahwa coffee Palm Harbor for being part of the fundraiser for SPC Nursing program. Coffee was so delicious but your customer service and generosity is above anything else. Thank you for making our fundraising goal reality and we raised enough money for our graduation in December.

  Love the new Kahwa location! Staff are AWESOME -made me a surprise beverage and got the new salted caramel shaken espresso. EXACTLY what I needed! You gotta try it! Tastes like a good strong iced coffee should!!! I am also obsessed with their bagels-got a turkey, egg and cream cheese-just added my own fresh scallions!

  Loved there customer service and chill atmosphere…I got the Beach Banana cold brew and it was not to sweet and not to bitter perfect for not fall! Their chocolate croissant was also delicious!! Thank you to the two men working there very sweet!!

  I love Kahwa! Nice to have a closer location too. Their coffee by itself is great, but friendly baristas and some nice locally baked pastries have kept me going nonstop. Highly recommend Banana Beach Cold Brew in particular, try to order one before seasonal drinks phase out.
