It might seem like a small mistake, but it completely threw off our evening. We specifically ordered food because it’s a school night, our kids have sports, and we’re trying to get everyone fed and in bed on time. Instead, one person in our family was left without their dinner while the rest of us ate, and we ended up having to cook food at home anyway. Mistakes happen, but when it’s happened more than once, it becomes incredibly frustrating—especially when you’re paying for a full order and trusting the restaurant to get it right. I’m hoping someone from Five Guys will see this and make it right. We’ve been customers many times, but experiences like this make it hard to justify continuing to order when we can’t count on the entire family’s food actually being there
