Great food, great drinks, and such a fun atmosphere! We visited on a Saturday night and really enjoyed the live band. All of the seating is outdoors, which made for a relaxed, casual evening.
The drinks were great and very reasonably priced, and the food was delicious. Our wait staff was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us.
Definitely a fun place to spend a Saturday evening. We’ll be back!

Fatty’s Fish Shack wax a solid food experience. Fish & Chips and the Cuban Sandwich were tasty, fresh, well seasoned and hot. Outdoor seating is great, with plenty of fans to make it comfortable. Service friendly and attentive. Great place for a food and drink stop. My score a 4.6.
Great Florida day to enjoy the tiki hut atmosphere and good food and drinks. Great server Nick was very good getting our drinks and food. A fun happy hour with good food and drink prices. Beer and wine and we had a delicious cheeseburger and Asian Thai wings on this visit. A good watering hole and food specials make it a go to or try restaurant.

I visited on Saturday afternoon and there was one waitress there doing her best. Another one did come later. The food was a miss for me: bland, overcooked, and my daughter's burger was burned black. The waitress took it off our bill, but whoever is cooking in the kitchen doesn't give a damn because they saw it when they made it and served it anyway.
Our first visit to Fatty’s Fish Shack lasted only a few minutes, and unfortunately, that was enough to convince us to leave.
We stood at the entrance waiting to be greeted, but we were completely ignored. The only thing we heard from the female server was her repeatedly complaining about an upcoming reservation. At no point did she acknowledge us, let us know she’d be with us shortly, or make any effort to welcome us.
First impressions matter, and standing there feeling invisible isn’t how anyone expects to start a dining experience. We understand restaurants get busy, but a simple “We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Instead, we were left wondering if anyone was ever going to help us.
In the end, we decided to leave. If the attitude and customer service were already this poor before we even sat down, we weren’t confident the experience would improve once we became paying customers. We walked out and chose a neighboring restaurant instead, where we were welcomed immediately.
Based on our experience, Fatty’s Fish Shack lost two customers before we ever had the chance to try the food.
