  This location was extremely dirty. Tables had residual scraps from previous guests, and all of the trash barrels were overflowing. The area around the beverage center had napkins, utensils and straw paper covers strewn about. All of this made me wonder how clean the rest of the place was, and made eating there an unpleasant meal.

  Five stars for Isaiah. Isaiah was working till 11 PM when they were working a promotion for buy one get one if you wear a hockey jersey. I came in at 11 PM when they were closing. They still had a long line even at that time. A lot of the workers were tired, ready to go home and one of them didn’t wanna honor the buy one get one. I understood it was closing time so I just figured I’d get one burrito and that would be fine. When I got to the checkout, Isaiah said don’t you want your other burrito and he went back made the Hole burrito for me and got it to me and made sure I got the deal. He also had gone out into the line to take care of other people and expedite orders. He got a lot of work done that some of his teammates weren’t willing to do. And he didn’t even have to be asked to do it. The best customer service and integrity I’ve seen had a chain. Promote Isaiah ASAP.

  I ordered food from there the burritos were messy and the beef and lettuce was falling out of it the guacamole wasn't even mixed in all the way a chunk of avocado was left in it disgusting no one knows how to make food in that place.

  Whoever the black dude w the dreads and glasses working dinner shift low-key needs to be fired, literally asked for al pastor, bro turns around looks at the full tin sitting at the cut table n turns around and mumbles "we don't have any" not to mention bro can't even put on a solo cup lid on right (my car seat enjoyed the salsa) Chipotle is such a letdown like how are they still even a business 🫩 🥀

  This is about 6:30p Wednesday, April 8. Awful experience as someone who goes out of my way to avoid pork. The black beans had traces of the beans with pork in it. That’s so wrong. They’re meant to be in separate compartments. In addition, I ordered 2 kids meal and no one told me that I was going to be charged 50% more for each if I added queso as well as lose a side. So I ended up getting two kids meal for the price of 3. Total disappointment.
