  First time here. I've been hesitant because I thought it was more of a tofu, quinoa type of place. Huge mistake for assuming. This place rocks. The options are all amazing. Constant cleaning whole time I was here. Staff very friendly and informative. Chipotle isn't even in the same park as this place. Everytime I go to chipotle, the place is filthy both the dining area and prep area. Haven't been back to Chipotle since I saw they were in the top 5 dirtiest restaurans. I'll never go back. Cava has my business from here on. Chipotle should take notes.

  Decent food, icky environment. I want to like Cava. Everyone seems to like Cava. I was literally disappointed the moment I walked in. No greeting. Then I go to the restroom before ordering and one restroom is completely out of toilet paper, and another is occupied for close to 10 minutes until an employee comes out. I let him know about the other bathroom. I use the restroom and it’s just a toilet paper roll sitting on top of the dispenser. SO unsanitary and just lazy. No paper towels or drying machine. Then I order food, which went fine, and I cannot find a single table that’s not covered in crumbs from previous customers. This was not a busy time, it was around 2:30 pm well after a lunch rush. I used a napkin to “sweep” the crumbs over and went ahead and ate and did some work there. I used the restroom once more before leaving and the one without toilet paper had some now. Again, on top of the dispenser instead of placed in it. You know how gross that is when it is touched by dirty hands using the restroom and when it falls on the floor? Icky, icky, icky. I will not be back to this location. Management really needs to raise the standard and hold employees accountable for cleanliness.

  Food is solid, staff seems more interested in playing with eachother than giving customers attention though.. talking over me to eachother about nonsense while I was giving my order Tables were sticky too

  If they could get a door dash order correct, it might be ok. For the last month - 3 different orders have been very wrong. It’s a crap shoot. Order chicken, brown rice and power greens - get steak, white rice and no greens. We’ve gotten other people’s bowls. No dressing after ordering 2. Crazy. I like the food but want what I order. Do better and we’ll try again in a month or two.

  We did takeout and everything was delicious. Prices were fair and the portions were good size. Definitely would eat here again!
