- HAHeather AllenApr 7, 20265.0When I ordered through the drive thru I forgot to specify “hot” and when I got to the window it was an iced coffee, apologized but the girl at the window had such an attitude but she also didn’t ask if I wanted hot or iced. Had horrible attitude when I again apologized and said thank you, she replied with “yup” and shut the window. Tried calling store several times for a manager and no one picks up and voicemail doesn’t allow messages. HORRIBLE SERVICE
