    Riley has the best customer service HANDS DOWN!! First of all, I’m happy that we got a wingstop in palm coast now. But this place is better than any other wingstop I done been to. Yes , it took a little longer to get my wings at first but the customer service was so top tier I didn’t even realize it. Then , I got my wings but they were made a little too salty. Which accidents happen. Nobodies perfect. But when I called about it, I didn’t get any type of attitude , Riley apologized and offered me options to fix the problem. Like I said , top tier customer service !!! Idk bout yall , but I’ll DEFINITELY be back. My new fave in palm coast !

    I was really excited to see a new wing place in town but after two visits to the Palm Coast location I will never go back. Both times I visited you smell the burnt grease as soon as you walk through the door. The bone in wings were very small and dry,the second time I tried the chicken tenders and they were a nice size but tasted like they were like something I can buy in the frozen food section at the local store. Very disappointed. All the food tasted like the burnt grease smell and hurt my stomach for hours after eating. I would not recommend Wingstop to anyone.

    Whoever trained this staff needs to be trained themselves. Been in the restaurant business forever and it shouldn't be mass chaos over wings. Put in an online order an hour prior, got there, was told order wasn't even started and it was going to be another half an hour. Told them to cancel the order, but then by some miracle the order was almost finished per the employee. That was a lie, ended up waiting 20 more minutes just to be handed the blandest wings ever that I had to go home and cook more. Manager in the white shirt, it's not about data and your little crunch numbers, get in the damn line and help your young struggling staff. First and last time.... Good luck with whatever you're trying to accomplish there.

    We placed an online order for 10 wings (5 lemon pepper, 5 Louisiana rub), upgraded to voodoo fries, 7 tenders (2 citrus mojo, 5 original hot), and 5 pieces of hot honey corn. There was no option to request sauces on the side, so we called before and after placing the order to confirm, and were told it would be done. When we got home, the wings had no seasoning or sauce at all, and none was in the bag. The tenders were supposed to have sauce on the side, but it wasn’t included. The fries were also wrong they gave us plain cheese fries. We called, and the manager, Mike, asked us to bring the food back so he could fix it. We did, and explained everything clearly again to an employee outside. When the food came out, Mike had an attitude and said, “Hey, I took care of y’all, but you guys need to look better before saying your order’s wrong, because your order was made correct the first time. But I went ahead and redid it all anyway.” We left, but when we got home again, the wings were still the same plain and not remade, with no sauce on the side. The fries were fixed but tasted oddly sweet, and the tender sauces were finally included. I called back and asked for Mike. When I explained the issue, he became defensive, saying we were wrong and needed to go through the app better. He also said next time we should call ahead to make sure the order is correct, which we already did. He then said he was refunding us because we “didn’t know how things worked,” and hung up after arguing. I called back again, and he answered, “Are you not outside?” I told him we were home. When I continued asking for a refund, he insisted the incorrect order was actually correct. The call became unprofessional, but he eventually said he would refund us. Later, I called to ask for a corporate number or someone above a manager, but no one there could provide any contact information. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. We received incorrect food multiple times and were treated poorly by management while trying to resolve the issue

    My youngest son ordered food from here with high hopes it would be really good. It’s something new in our area and people raven about how good the wings are. Well this was not the case. My son ordered his food to go and came home. He ordered the boneless wings combo and ordered the 8 wing combo for me. Food looked good, but that change quickly when he took his first bite, the chicken was RAW!! Not undercooked but straight up RAW!! So raw it should have been running around the yard raw! I told him to call and speak with the manager. He called and the manager didn’t believe what he was telling him. He asked my son to bring his food back to the restaurant. My son politely said he wasn’t driving 25 minutes back across town, but would gladly send him pictures of the chicken. The manager agreed and my son sent him the photos. The manager was shocked at how raw the chicken was and told my son they would refund his $40 order and give him a credit on his next order. Nice gesture, but I’m pretty sure when you’re serving yard bird still clucking we won’t try that again. Thankfully he didn’t get sick or end up in the ER. Also the credit was not returned to his checking account. Yes we are aware it may take a day or two but it hasn’t been refunded. We will stick to getting our Wally Wings at Houligans!! Just double check and be sure the chicken is cooked before you take that bite!!
